This is the bit where you find out who I am, or at least what I feel like telling you ;-)
One thing that is probably obvious is that I am a PC hobbyist by some of the topics on this site.
have been playing with computers since my first Tandy TRS-80 with 16K of memory, green screen and no hard disk, sound or anything else fancy. The only thing it was good for was learning to program the Z80 processor, which is what I did :-)

This probably ages me, but you will have to guess my actual age :-)
My Hobbies include :
- My two children who seem to enjoy everything they try, and the youngest of which is showing a familiar interest in games and computers.
- Building and maintaining PC's for myself, family and friends (I even still have an Amiga 2000)
- Amateur electronics - when I have the time to play.
- Using the PC for some useful activities - Video editing, 3D Modelling and graphics and some not so useful (Quake etc )
- Science fiction in all its guises ;-)
I currently run an Intel Quad Core 64 bit PC, a bit of a step up from my TRS-80, but as is the way of the world, often still does not seem to have enough power :-)
